Objective: The objective of the NLA-TU Winter Course is to:

  1. Provide the participants with a basic understanding of nuclear science and technology;
  2. Understand the special nature of India’s nuclear history and international engagement;
  3. Expose the participants to the functioning of a nuclear power plant;
  4. Comprehensively equip students to critically examine international nuclear law; and
  5. Study India’s nuclear law, regulatory process and judicial decisions.

Study Trip to a Nuclear Power Plant In association with Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited a technical study trip to Narora Nuclear Power Plant in UP is planned. The trip is only for Indian nationals.

  • OECD- Nuclear Energy Agency (OECD-NEA)
